1. Getting your property live
Registering your property is simple. Start your free valuation and one of our team will create a detailed listing using your photos, floor plans and EPC report. Once your listing is complete we will advertise your property on all ofthe major property websites, including Rightmove and Zoopla, on our website and through a series of emails sent to our network of investors.
2. Arranging viewings
We will arrange viewings for when you are available, booking as many appointments as required through our system. After yourviewing we will contact the prospective buyer to ask for feedback, which we will then pass on to you.
3. Negotiating offers
When an offer is made we will negotiate the fee and ensure the buyer has funds in place, whether as an investment or residential purchase. We will also keep you updated throughout the entire process, working for you to remove any to a timescale that suits you.
4. Managing the chain
We manage the whole sales process for you, working with solicitors and estate agents at every stage to ensure a smooth and successful sale.
5. Exchanging your property
We oversee a date and time to exchange your property, transferring all monies and making sure of a successful sale completion, saving you thousands of pounds along the way.
