Block A on Wolstenholme Square has seen a huge progress with the structures, steel frames, facing brickwork and high-level cladding now completed. The precast concreate stairs have been installed, enabling the upper floors to be completed and levels one to nine’s external wall lining finished. All stud partitioning’s have been fully boarded with both sides plastered and the window installation approximately 99% complete.
With the second and final fix of mechanical and electrical work finalised, the testing and commission has been rated outstanding on all apartments. This has allowed the floor finishes, tiling and sanitary wear to commence, alongside the ongoing furniture installation.
Construction on Block B is also well underway with the steel frame, concreate foundations and 15% of the facing brickwork completed. The precast concreate stairs have been installed with the in-situ concreate finished on the upper floors. All partitioning walls are nearly completed, allowing the first fix electrical to be finalised.
Work has started on Block C with the substructures now completed and the steel frame work commenced on site.
