Purchase Process

1. Complete reservation form with a £1,000 refundable deposit - within 48 hours of our receipt of your signed reservation form to secure the unit.
2. A memorandum of sale is then produced, and a contract pack will be sent to your solicitor to review.
3. Once you have signed the contracts you are required to transfer the balance of purchase to your solicitor.
4. Upon receipt of your documents and the balance purchase monies, exchange can take place.

*If you choose to use the panel solicitor the developer will pay the legal fees for your purchase as long as it exchanges within 28 days from the date the memorandum of sale has been issued.
