Vita First Street, Manchester - Construction Update From Pure Student Property

Over the past three months, one of the most popular developments with our investors has been the new First Street Manchester development from Vita Student.

Due for completion in July next year, the Vita First Street project will comprise of 280 luxury self-contained student studios when completed. An integral part of a larger £750 million redevelopment on the outskirts of the city centre, Vita First Street genuinely looks set to raise the bar for student property investments in Manchester.

We are pleased to announce that construction work has now started on the new £25 million development, as is shown on the photograph above which we took on a site visit on the 13th June 2013.

Today, there are now just 51 units remaining on the Vita First Street development, and it is likely that these units will be sold within the next few weeks due to a number of major new exhibitions displaying the project.
