Reliance House has undergone huge progress over the past few months, particularly on the fourth floor. Below is a broken-down detailed overview of what stage each floor of the conversion is at.

Fourth floor – construction progress

• Apartment walls and ceilings and the first fix of electrical, plumbing and heating
• 100% completed
• Plaster finishes walls and ceilings - 95% completed
• Skirting and architrave and the doors and ironmongery - 90% completed
• Kitchen units and appliances, bathroom fittings, wall and floor tiling’s and decorations - 85% complete
• Second fix electrical, plumbing and heating - 80% complete
• General fixtures and fittings - 50% complete
• Carpet floor finishes - 15% complete

Third floor – construction progress

• Apartment walls and ceilings and the first fix electrical, plumbing and heating - 100% complete
• Plaster finishes walls and ceilings, skirting and architrave - 95% complete
• Bathroom fittings, doors and ironmongery - 90% complete
• Kitchen units and appliances, wall and floor tiling and decorations - 85% complete
• Second fix electrical, plumbing and heating - 80% complete
• General fixtures and fittings - 40% complete

Second floor – construction progress

• First fix electrical, plumbing and heating - 100% complete
• Apartment walls and ceilings - 95% complete
• Plaster finishes walls and ceilings, skirting and architrave - 90% complete
• Wall and floor tiling and decorations - 85% complete
• Doors and ironmongery, kitchen units and appliances - 80% complete
• Bathroom fittings - 65% complete
• Second fix electrical, plumbing and heating - 50% complete
• General fixtures and fittings - 10% complete

First floor – construction progress

• Apartment walls and ceilings and the first fix electrical, plumbing and heating - 100% complete
• Plaster finishes walls and ceilings - 95% complete

• Decorations - 75% complete
