Construction on Regent 88 is now well underway. Construction has been delayed as a result of changes having to be made to; the windows, steel and subsequently the services of the building. However, all changes which have been made will benefit the investor and users.
The windows have been changed by making the frame smaller, meaning the glass fabrication size will increase. This will benefit the users through the glass now being at desk level and them therefore having a clearer view to overlook.
Internally, the steel structures also needed to be re-installed and have now been completed. When the steel was being changed the service work also had to be removed. Service work was being re-installed seamlessly when the windows were being put in and is now being finalised, along with all external work.
