CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

June 2019 Construction Update | Horizon | Sunderland

Construction is continuing to make good progress at the Horizon with the development now reaching the later stages of construction.

Work from the ground to sixth floor is now at least 50% completed with plastering works and second fix electrics completed to all but the Ground and 1st floors. Carpentry and corridors are progressing throughout these floors, with plumbing installation still continuing on the ground, 1st, and 6th floors.

Floors 7 to 9 are undergoing the first fix of electrics and dry lining works, with all construction progress on these floors in the region of 40% completed.
