It is proposed to build and sell the properties at The Gainsborough house development of which the funds raised will be utilised to build in stages to offer the redemption funds to provide exit
to the client. Should the developer be unable to sell the property in time to facilitate the loan redemption then a £2m facility with bridge bank capital is secured to provide a contingency to the exit.
